Shipping and Delivery Estimates 
- Writing machines are custom crafted to order and cannot be shipped immediately.
- To learn the current estimate shipment time for a writer, contact sales@stenograph.com.
- Case CATalyst software is activated via a Product Key Code (PKC) which will be delivered to the purchaser via email typically within one business day of placing an order.
- Supply items are usually shipped the next business day unless otherwise noted in the product description.
- Custom-made items from Bella's Boutique, are drop-shipped directly by the supplier.

FedEx services are used for all shipments from Stenograph.
We will send you an e-mail with a tracking number when your order is shipped. At the driver’s discretion, FedEx Ground® and FedEx Ground® Home Delivery packages may be left outside your door or with your property manager or mailroom since a signature-required method was not chosen at time of purchase. Stenograph is not responsible for packages delivered without a signature requirement.
